Law Office of Joseph W. Cooch PLLC was founded in 2025 with a mission to provide the highest quality legal services to all players in the development and construction industries including developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Mr. Cooch started his career as a criminal prosecutor and litigation remains central to his practice. While he has secured significant victories in high-risk disputes, his passion goes beyond “the win.”
Instead, the focus of our firm is to create a positive feedback loop by which lessons learned from disputes are incorporated into advice to clients in establishing best practices for risk management, contracts, business structuring and employment so that clients can either avoid disputes altogether or be well prepared for when they arise.
Our clients range from start up land developers and small design businesses to large general contractors and some of the largest design firms in the region.
