Drawing on approximately 15 years of experience, Mr. Cooch has represented clients of all types – from solo practice land surveyors to the U.S. Government Services Administration in disputes including construction and design defects, delay and cost overruns, building failures such as water intrusion and collapse, and personal injury and wrongful death cases involving defective construction and worksite safety issues. He has also counseled clients through countless disputes between shareholders/partners and employers and their employees.
